1 General Provisions

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

zetbeen77 may request you to complete an identity verification process at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until the KYC process is complete. Verification may require a national ID, passport or other government-approved identity documents.

3.3 Account Closure

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods at zetbeen77 is ৳500. No transactions below this limit will be processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

zetbeen77 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives a bonus of ৳5,000 and a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds withdrawable, a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) must be met. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳15,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to new accounts eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Each promotion will have its own applicable terms, which will be stated separately.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.

5.4 VIP Program

zetbeen77's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, and Diamond — up to 1.0%. The specific criteria for advancing to each VIP tier will be determined at the platform's discretion.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness
